  • Your data stays in the European Union.

    By default we work with providers that process in the EU and don’t keep what they are sent. You get the list of sub-processors in writing.

  • Every step is on record.

    Which model handled each request, in which region, what it cost and whether it passed validation. Without storing the content.

  • A person approves what goes out.

    No email, order or data leaves without someone on your team signing it off, unless you decide otherwise in writing.

  • Every system has its file.

    What it does, who it affects, how it is classified under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, which transparency notices it needs and who is accountable for it.

  • If you leave, you take it with you.

    The workflow, the data and the documentation are yours from day one.

    Together we pick the cases that save the most hours with the least risk.

  3. You get a fixed price.

    Scope, deliverables, timeline and price, in writing and before we start.

  4. We put it to work.

    With an acceptance test on your real cases.

  5. We maintain it.

    If you want, for a monthly fee that includes reviewing the log and the cost.

Where does my data stay?

In the European Union by default. If a case needs a provider outside it, we tell you beforehand and you decide.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model for each task from several providers, by quality, speed and cost. With personal or customer data, only those that process in the EU and don’t keep what they are sent.

How much does it cost?

Every project has a fixed price in writing before we start, the AI Map included. Maintenance is a monthly fee.

What about the EU AI Act?

Every system ships with its file, which states how it is classified and which transparency notices it needs (Article 50). If your case needs more, we tell you in writing.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes, in Spanish and English, remotely across the European Union.

I run a consultancy. Can you build for my clients?

Yes. You deal with your client; we build and maintain, under your brand if you prefer.
