Who is behind this site

This site describes the services of Syntryx AI. It is not a binding offer: every project is governed by its written proposal.

The text and design of this site belong to the owner. The Instrument Serif and JetBrains Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

The information on this site is general and is not legal advice. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites it links to.

This site is governed by Spanish law.

Controller: The owner named above.
What data: Only what you send when you write to us: your name, your email, your company and whatever you tell us.
Purpose: To reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: Handling your request and any pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long: For as long as the conversation lasts. If a project is signed, for the periods the law requires.
Who else: We don’t share your data. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. Some may process it outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights: You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@syntryx.eu. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
